Perhaps we can spend the speaker budget on lots of white umbrellas.

Right! And since we are not using huge widths of scrim, we will have more room in that budget too. Maybe we should plan to use the umbrellas even if it doesn’t rain. Fill them with pennies from heaven!
Or we can stick the handles through the fence and project on them?????
