Speaking of Holy Water… Weather Update
Yahoo has 60% chance of rain and scattered T-storms scheduled for the 24th. Not looking good. ‘Course the Farmer’s Almanac has next Tuesday as clear and sunny, whereas Yahoo has severe T-storms…
Perhaps we can spend the speaker budget on lots of white umbrellas.
Holy Water
There are already some tin sheets down the drainage. They can be used for the holy water.
What if we cast light from above them? The light may be placed on the plattform where the broken AC sits or on the wall. If an extra projector is available, that would be good, but just regular lights would work well. Reflected light on the water would be nice. We can make the tin sheets look better by trimming the edges.
Yesterday’s crits were:
- be simple
- the crack already represents ooze, so the holy water doesn’t need to do that
- (glass plates or metal bucket are possible solution)
The idea mentioned above would match these things.

Ascend fire
I test several materials to get physical fire ascend from ground to the air. There are two materials work well. One is the 100% cotton yarn, the other one is natural jute#28. I rubbed more than 16 lines together, you can see from the video how they work.
Fire is light. The process that fires go up slowly from ground to the air is a journey from death to rebirth.

Well, YouTube doesn’t allow you to upload any movie longer than 10minutes …That’s why I had to divide our film (15minutes) into two parts…
I have added a Lemur ‘cry‘ which I think fits perfectly into this little film.
I did my best playing with the reverse and slow motion features… ;o)
